As part of the DPG Conference week, we warmly invite you to take a look into the accelerator facilities of our Institute for Nuclear Physics.

There, we will show you our 10 MV accelerator, which is used by various research groups in fields such as nuclear astrophysics, nuclear structure physics, medical physics, and radionuclide dating. We will also show you our 6 MV accelerator, primarily utilized for Accelerated Mass Spectrometry (AMS). At the 6 MV accelerator, you will have the opportunity to see our latest development in isobar suppression using a laser.
